Southampton, has been ordered by Supreme Court to pay $26,518 to Esso (Bermuda) Ltd.
The sum was owed for unpaid gasoline and diesel which was supplied to Mr.
Madeiros by Esso for sale at the gas station off Middle Road.
In August, Mr. Madeiros stopped operating the gas station, whose site is owned by Mr. Maurice Terceira.
Mr. Terceira said yesterday that a new operator had been appointed and would begin operating Port Royal Esso at the beginning of October. He would not disclose the new operator's identity.
