Bank of Butterfield made the biggest gain up 37.5 cents at $11.75 on volume of 2,583.

Argus gained 25 cents to close at $10.75 on volume of 500 while Bermuda Home preferred gained 25 cents closing at $11.75 on volume of 785.

Hemisphere preferred gained 25 cents to close at $6.25 on volume of 2,300 and BF&M gained 12.5 cents to close at $7 on volume of 9,106.

Bank of Bermuda warrants dropped 25 cents to close at $3.50 on volume of 1,234.

Bank of Bermuda lost 25 cents to close at $18.875 on volume of 2,211.

Bank of Bermuda 9% sub. US$ cap. nts. 2001 closed down 25 cents at 102 on volume of 266,000 units.

Issues trading unchanged were; Bermuda Home, $7, 2,668, Masters, $7, 665, and Belco 7% 1st mort. nts. 1998, 101 on 5,000 units.

Share volume for the week was 24,696 with a share value of $459,672 while bond volume was 271,000 with a value of $276,660. Total trading value was $736,332.
