1988, has resigned from the company. Mr. Williams, 24, said no decision has been made on when he will actually leave the company or what his future plans are. But he has said he will stay in the insurance business, and will probably be involved in developing a new business.
He said his reason for leaving was: "It's time for a change.'' Mr. Williams and Mr. Robin Spencer-Arscott together started up Anchor, which in an arrangement with its parent Virginia Surety of Chicago, were reinsuring American insurance companies, primarily for excess property and short-term loss. Virginia Surety is owned by AON, a huge diversified financial corporation based in Chicago.
