Trinity Hall, Cedar Avenue, the company's staff numbers had shrunk to such an extent that a location change was justified, said Mr. John White, the company's president and managing director.

When Advertising Associates moved into Trinity Hall, it was staffed by 23. Mr.

White said that during the recession, the company decided not to replace staff who voluntarily left the company. The company now has 12 staff, comprising five creatives and four account executives and managers.

"We were rattling around Trinity Hall and are now much happier located on one floor in the Washington Mall.

"About four years ago, when we could see there was a shrinking retail industry and a growing international business market, we decided to ease back on retail business and concentrate on the new sector.

"In retrospect, it was an excellent move,'' said Mr. White.
