Bermuda and Argus Insurance stocks both fell.

The Index closed down 1.13 percent to 1166.78 on volume of more than 15,000 shares and 2,100 Belco bonds.

The Bank dropped 50 cents to close at $22.50 on volume of 4211 while Argus fell 50 cents to $10.50 on volume of 600.

Belco 7 percent mortgage notes were unchanged at $100 on volume of 10 units.
