Bermuda Press (Holdings) closed down 50 cents at $8.50 on volume of 1,000 while Argus closed down 12.5 cents at $11.875 on volume of 800.

Trading unchanged were: Bank of Bermuda, $18.75, 448, Bank of Bermuda warrants, $3, 3,250, BF&M, $6.50, 1,980, Belco, $20, 200 and Bermuda Government 6.5% Bda$ November 30 1997 bonds, 100 on volume of 3,000 units.

The exchange lost 1.54 points or 0.15 percent closing at 1,042.48.

Share volume was 7,678 with a value of $53,320. Bond value was $3,000.
