ImmuMed International gained approval from the BSX to list 6,658,979 common shares on the exchange having registered as an exempted company in Bermuda back in August. Through its operating subsidiaries in Germany, ImmuMed manufactures a broad range of blood grouping tests and serological products under the German Pharmacy Act, and distributes them to 45 laboratories in Germany, Switzerland as well as 44 physicians located in Germany and Italy.
