index pushed its way to another new high yesterday, climbing 16.63 points (0.99 percent) to close at 1,697.21.

In total, 12,737 shares valued at $365,513 traded, as advancers led declines two to zero.

Bank of Bermuda again climbed to a new high of $39.50, up 50 cents on a volume of 7,097. Bank of Butterfield also reached its record high of $18.25, up 25 cents on a volume of 2,500 shares.

Bank of Bermuda warrants closed unchanged at its record high of $13 on a volume of 1,280.
