Bank of Bermuda was 25 cents higher at $28.50 on a volume of 5,000 and Bermuda Home, after trading of 712 shares, closed up 50 cents at $9.25.

The only other active stock were Bermuda Telephone Co., which closed at $34, up 25 cents on a volume of 2,591 and Bermuda Bakery, which closed unchanged at $15 after 512 shares changed hands.
