MCS is the local representative for Apple Computers and provides automation services, including systems analysis, programming, and hard and software support.

Mr. Burns will continue to direct sales and marketing, while taking overall responsibility for the company's operations and future direction.

Mr. Burns joined MCS Limited in 1984 as comptroller after returning to Bermuda from Canada where he held the position of internal auditor with National Sea Products Limited. He is a graduate of Saltus and Dalhousie University. He earned his CMA in 1981.

He holds a significant equity position in MCS Limited and has been a partner and member of the board since 1987.

Mr. John DeSilva has been promoted to vice president, customer support and development, at MCS Limited. He will continue to direct the company's efforts in software development, together with hardware and software support.

Mr. DeSilva joined the company in 1985, as a software engineer, after completing a degree in Computer Sciences from Acadia University and became a partner in 1988. He was elected to the board of directors in 1991.

MCS founder and outgoing president Mr. John Harries will focus on special projects and product development. He will retain a seat on the board.
