Mr. Harris, an Australian, graduated from the University of Western Australia with a degree in economics.

He started his career in the mining division of Jardine Insurance Brokers in Perth and spent five years in Australia before moving to London.

Prior to joining H&H Re, he was employed in the marine and energy division of Lloyd's of London broker, Bain Clarkson, doing a lot of work for captives.

"It was tremendous experience working in Lloyd's during that time,'' said Mr.

Harris.

H&H Re is majority-owned by its president Mr. Simon Everett. Forty-nine percent of the company is owned by management firm International Advisory Services, which is run by Mr. David Ezekiel.
