(Bermuda) Ltd. has announced several board changes following its recent AGM.

Mr. John P. Gallagher , who is vice chairman of the Illinois-based parent company, moves up to the position of chairman.

Mr. David J. McManus , has been promoted from managing sirector to president.

Mr. Ron. L. Hubbard , formerly finance director, becomes vice president/finance.

There are two new appointments -- Mr. Wayne L. Brown , formerly broking manager, becomes vice president/broking, and Mr. Peter J. Mullen has been appointed vice president/production.

Mr. McManus said: "These changes, particularly the appointment of Peter, reflect confidence in the continued expansion of our business niche despite the prolonged softness of the US domestic market.

"The growth we have enjoyed over the last few years stems from a greater utilisation of our Bermuda resource on the part of our parent company, which, in turn, reflects strongly on the success of the Bermuda market as a whole.'' The parent is traded on the NYSE under the symbol AJG, and is the eighth largest broker in the US.
