Mr. Tim Terceira , who joined the Marriott Corporation in 1988, has become Resident Manager. Mr. Terceira returned to Bermuda after five years working in the US and Canada.

He has held positions at the JW Marriott, in Washington DC; the Toronto Airport Marriott; and, most recently, he was Director of Operations at one of Toronto's newest hotels, the Toronto Eaton Centre.

Prior to joining the Marriott Corporation, Mr. Terceira worked in senior management positions at the Elbow Beach and Four Seasons hotels. He is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Administration.

Mr. Arthur Lugo has been promoted to Marriott's on-site Director of Sales. His responsibilities will be to handle site inspections, enhance sales efforts locally and develop the United Kingdom market.

Mr. Lugo joined Castle Harbour in 1990 and has held the position of Senior Sales Manager in the New Jersey sales office.

He previously spent nine years working for the Bermuda Department of Tourism as an Assistant Manager of Sales and as an Account Executive of Group and Incentive Sales.

Mr. Lugo is a graduate of the Guildhall of Music and Drama in London, England and also attended Bermuda College.

Ms Zehena Davis has joined Castle Harbour as the Director of Human Resources.

Ms Davis has previously worked with the New York State Government in Albany as an Outplacement Co-ordinator. She has also worked in training and labour relations.

Ms Davis holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Atlanta University.
