Mrs. Casling said the store would continue to sell up-market women's fashion and retain the Triangles name and popular brands.

The shop was sold on September 1 by the previous owners, Mrs. Janine Lines and Mrs. Jean Pearman.

"A small reason for selling is that my husband, Donald, is leaving the bank next year and I would like to travel with him,'' said Mrs. Lines.

SUN CONTROL CO. SET TO WIND UP BUC Bermuda Supreme Court has granted an order to voluntarily wind up The Sun Control Company, which sold and rented awnings, tents, shutters, windows and construction materials.

The move follows the breakdown of an arrangement by Mr. Scott Stewart and his family to sell the business to Darrell Contracting, which had run the company for the past several months under an agreement of sale.

It is believed that a dispute between the two parties over the collapse of the deal may go to arbitration.

The Sun Control Company's lawyer, Mr. Justin Williams, confirmed a winding-up order had been issued but would not comment further.
