Change of name for company
Games International Ltd. (SGI), according to a release Thursday.
SGI, currently applying to re-incorporate in Bermuda, remains a wholly-owned US subsidiary of the newly named parent company.
"The name change more accurately reflects the company's direction and central business focus, providing unique gaming entertainment to passengers on long-haul international airlines,'' said Mr. Malcolm Burke, president and CEO of Sky Games International Ltd.
"The new name now agrees more closely with our stock trading symbol and should eliminate any lingering confusion caused by the prior Creator Capital name and certain inactive business interests,'' he added.
SGI has developed remote control gaming entertainment system software, which is being marketed through the company's majority-owned joint venture with Harrah's Casinos, Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (IEL).
