Par-la-ville Road is on the market for sale.

Bermuda Realty is listing the property which contains the Leslie A. White Building.

It lies within metres of several other planned commercial developments in central Hamilton and has remained empty for months.

The 10,700 square foot building consists of three above-ground levels plus a basement, each sized 2,700 square feet.

Advertising pamphlet for the property shows an image of a revamped five-storey building and says the site has "potential for five floors plus basement with top floor having Harbour views''.

Bermuda Realty agent Heather Chilvers said she could not comment on the building's offering for sale as the owners had requested complete privacy.

The former editor of The Royal Gazette David L. White is understood to own the property through a trust with his daughter Leslie A. White.
