The Horizon was about 15 miles off the Island, heading north to Baltimore, when the alarm was raised at about 7 p.m.

The male casualty was transferred to a rescue boat, brought back to the Island and rushed to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. His condition last night is not known.
