ACE said yesterday the future growth of the company's aerospace business will be overseen by Gary Cooke and Jeff Cassidy .
ACE Insurance president Dominic Frederico said the decision to have dual management of the aerospace division reflected the dynamic growth and development that the aviation and satellite product lines will continue to experience.
He said, "As part of the diversification of ACE Insurance's product lines, the company began offering satellite insurance in 1994. We added aviation in 1995.
"Both lines have proved to be successful ones for the company and continue to show a healthy capacity for growth, especially in light of the many consolidations among major players in these fields. We are indeed fortunate to have on our staff Mr. Cooke, who joined ACE Insurance in 1995 and who brings 26 years aviation experience to his position.'' *** Conor O'Dea has been appointed managing director of Bank of Butterfield International (Cayman) Ltd.
