The offer to extend the 7.875 senior notes for a like amount of 7.875 percent senior sinking notes now expires July 21.

On June 12, Home Holdings Inc. announced the completion of its tender offer for all its issued and outstanding shares.

The tender was in connection with the recapitalisation of Home Holdings by The Zurich Insurance Group and Trygg-Hansa AB, according to the Home Holdings release provided by Zurich Reinsurance Centre Holdings, Inc. (ZRC).

The Zurich group and Trygg Hansa, a Stockholm-based property casualty insurer, earlier this year completed a takeover of Home Holdings.

ZRC is 58 percent owned by Bermuda-based Zurich Centre Investments Ltd. and 42 percent publicly-held.
