The presentation, in association with Gulfstream Securities Ltd., the exclusive Bermuda distributor of Longtail Global Ltd., is slated from 6-8 p.m.

at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.

Mr. Thornton launched Longtail Global Ltd., a fund of funds managed by Bermuda exempted company Longtail Management Ltd., last December.

He said by studying the markets and their participants he finds areas of opportunity where participants act for motivations other than purely economic value and therefore mis-price securities.

Mr. Thornton has been an investment advisor to Banque Indosuez and served as chief investment officer of Household International where he managed about $4 million in global investments.

He is a Harvard graduate with a Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics and a Masters in Finance.

"Mr. Thornton will review the aspects of the Longtail fund and its role in better diversifying a portfolio,'' said Gulfstream.

This will be the second presentation by Mr. Thornton.

He discussed the Longtail fund on Friday at a presentation attended by investment representatives.
