changed his role at the Argent Financial Group.

Mr. Marshall will act as director of marketing and investor services after serving two years heading up the company's most lucrative funds.

Begun in Bermuda in 1994, Argent Financial specialise in launching mutual funds through convertible arbitrage.

Mr. Marshall will work alongside managing director, Henry J. Cox and assistant manager Sara Burnett-Herkes in his new post.

Jeffrey Radke, former president of the locally based Select Reinsurance Limited, has moved to PXRE Re insurance Limited as executive vice president.

At Select Reinsurance Mr. Radke had responsibility for all aspects of the company's business. At PXRE his functions have a narrower focus with responsibility for insurance and reinsurance underwriting. He now concentrates on catastrophe, finite and financial risks.

Mr. Radke also assists in the coordination of investor relations and financial communications efforts for PXRE.
