nice to be notified as soon as something goes on the market? Well Chris McLeod of Decisions Ltd. hopes he has found a solution to the problem with his new web site, 4sale.bm.

This site offers a classified listings for jobs, apartments and houses for rent and sale, cars and motorbikes.

And customers can log on to the site and put in their particulars and arrange to be either paged or e-mailed as soon as the right property, job or car is posted on the page.

The listings are free for browsers, and at the moment it is also free to post classified.

Eventually the company will charge for corporate listings, but adverts placed by individuals will continue to be free.

The site makes its money from advertising on the pages, and hopes to corner the classified market.

"Not only can you find your home on the pages, but you can also furnish it as well,'' said Mr. McLeod.

The site is being hosted by North Rock Communications, who will be co-ordinating the e-paging service.
