Devonshire yesterday afternoon as truckers sought to move overhead wires to make way for huge oil storage drums being transported from Hamilton docks to Esso at Ferry Reach. Esso plans to install them at its St. George's plant to increase storage capacity for lubricating oil which it supplies to Belco.
