The woman was a passenger on an American Airlines flight, en route from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Philadelphia, which had to divert to Bermuda after she complained of chest pains.

An ambulance met the airplane and the woman was taken to KEMH. It was believed she may have suffered a heart attack.
