Trilogy Kempe Ltd., will present its first business-improvement seminar tomorrow at the Princess Hotel.

The seminar will focus on re-engineering processes utilising imaging and other information technologies as a method of gaining productivity enhancements and operational gains in business.

The presentation features Mr. David Brown of Centre Reinsurance and Ann Lerro of Consolidated Railroad, one of the largest US railroad concerns.

Joining them will be Howard Gordon of Trilogy Kempe.

Highlights include "Looking at the Process for the Solution,'' a methodology for successful re-engineering, and "Planning for a Changing Business Climate''.

Trilogy Kempe was formed this summer as a joint venture between Trilogy Associates Inc., a US based consulting firm, and Kempe & Whittle Consulting, a local Bermudian company.

Trilogy Associates contributes experience in the fields of business process re-design, productivity analysis, document imaging, system review and vendor selection.

Kempe and Whittle provides local expertise in project management, application design, application development, implementation services and system support.
