The Bermuda Stock Exchange index started the week with a drop of 8.3 points, or 0.57 percent, to 1,446.66, on the trading of 7,790 shares worth $130,255.

Key Tech Limited, the holding company for BTC and Logic Communications, was the only stock to register an increase by the end of the day's trading, closing five cents up at $29.80.
Bank of Bermuda Limited stock fell by 25 cents to close at $29 while Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited stock fell by 50 cents to close at $5.
