Commonwealth Study Conference in England this month.

Mr. David Dodwell, general manager of The Reefs, Mr. Terry Lister, partner with Deloitte & Touche chartered accountants, and Mr. Donald Scott, chief statistician with the Finance Ministry, will attend the three-week conference at Oxford University.

Its theme, "International Issues: Individual Initiatives'', will explore the relationship between people, business and the community.

Apart from the university sessions, participants will tour companies, industrial installations, engineering and construction sites, community projects and public sector organisations.

Acting Secretary to the Cabinet Mr. Leo Mills said the conference will enable future leaders to "look at the relationship between working and living environments and, by using actual projects or developments as case material, to evaluate the pressures and conditions of making decisions.'' Mr. Mills said the 250 participants from 40 different countries will bring together different perspectives and experiences to conference deliberations..

At the conclusion of visits to sites around the United Kingdom, the conference members will make a presentation to Prince Philip.
