Video debuts at Business Expo
Business Expo today.
The Expo gets underway at 10 a.m. in the City Hall car park, with the video being shown in the Lombard Odier Theatre at 12.45 and 3 p.m.
Chairman of the Expo committee Norris Ebbin said he was "delighted to be offered the opportunity to provide a venue for preview showings of the video which has been produced by the Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs and the Visitor Industry Partnership.'' Administrator of the Visitor Industry Partnership Suzanne DeCouto said the new video "Bermuda is Me 2'' will be shown throughout the Island's schools and at other public presentations.
"The VIP programme is designed to raise awareness of and support for tourism in our community, just as BIBA's "International business ...it's about all of us'' production does on behalf of international business,'' Mrs.
DeCouto explained. The streets around the City Hall car park will be closed during the Expo, which is set to wind up at 6 p.m., to be followed by a concert, starting at 8 p.m.
