Venture Fund Ltd.

The fund is described by the company as a "niche fund established to invest in late stage private equity in medical and technology based companies'', according to a press release.

The company currently managers the Voyager Select IPO Fund Ltd. which has gained 43 percent in value since inception in June 1996.

Voyager says arrowhead Capital Management Corp has been appointed as investment advisor to the Select Venture Fund. The fund has been open for investment since February 6.

The minimum subscription is $100,000.
