in an after-work gathering earlier this week as the merger between the two firms took effect.

The merger deal was signed at 11.45 a.m. last Friday. The new company will initially operate from two premises -- the food section will be based at Woodlands Road, Pembroke, and the consumer products will be located at Orange Valley, Devonshire.

The operation is scheduled to move to one site, at Orange Valley, next summer.
