Lawyer Mr. David Cooke, of Mello, Hollis, Jones & Martin, which is acting for Conor, Clark, said he could not comment at this early stage.
Conor, Clark is seeking to join companies such as Schroders, Coutts & Co., and Lombard Odier which have already been given permission to set up trusts in Bermuda since Government opened up this sector of the economy in 1991.
