* * * A new aerobics instructor at the Olympic Club, Ms Leslee Bender , pictured below, plans to offer Bermuda a new style of teaching. Her classes will be low-impact, and dance orientated, employing funk and Latin style movements.
Ms Bender previously worked in Germany providing aerobic training workshops, and prior to this, she ran her own low-impact studio in Reno, Nevada, USA.
"The old style of high impact aerobics is too stressful on the joints,'' said Ms Bender.
