Mr. Gillett, who is a senior executive at ACE Bermuda Insurance Ltd, will address 100 students and insurance industry executives on what he believes is the best way forward for Bermuda. Mr. Gillett is keeping his cards close to his chest about what he will say, but he did reveal he will be talking about the challenge of young people in the industry.

The lunch is being held at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel.
