Harriott and Mr. Paul Ryan to their management department.

Mr. Harriott joins the company as product manager of network services. His duties involve development of network service offerings, including Internet, E-Mail, LAN/WAN management, and contingency planning.

Previously, Mr. Harriott was network services manager at Datacor -- Canada's largest outsourcing and facilities management company.

A graduate of Borehamwood Technical College Computer Sciences Programme in Canada, Mr. Harriott has 12 years experience in telecomms and has worked in some of England and Canada's largest financial institutions.

Mr. Ryan takes on the position of information technology services manager.

Previously he worked at DMR Group Ltd. in Toronto, Canada, an international management consulting firm. Mr. Ryan has 20 years experience in the sales, marketing, general management and consulting areas of the information systems marketplace.

At BSL, his duties include managing the delivery of hardware, software and consulting services to clients.
