Mr. Bolton said the company would offer full service project management to developers. He is a former Bermuda Electric Light Co. Ltd. civil projects engineer and has worked in the local construction industry since 1982. He is also president of the Bermuda Association of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Feathers is currently based in the UK as senior project manager for Cyril Sweett Project Consultants. He worked as operations manager for local firm D & J Construction from 1984 to 1992.
