Ladies will have the chance to learn more about their cars in an educational event hosted by HWP tomorrow.The company is hosting “HWP Love Your Car Event: Car maintenance tips for women”, a workshop designed to show women the basic techniques of car maintenance.During the hour-long event, Terry Heilbron, vice-president of After Sales & Business Development, will show attendees how to check the oil, water levels and tyre pressure as well as teaching attendees how to change a wheel.A local representative from the Bermuda Police Service will also be in attendance to give safety tips for women, including helpful precautions that can be taken when operating their vehicle after hours.“We already do a lot of events targeted at seniors who are members of our 60+ VIP Programme and this event seemed like a natural progression,” said Mr Heilbron. “Ladies who attend the event do not need to be current HWP customers and it is absolutely free of charge to attend.
