Booster Shot: Keep customers happy and they’ll keep coming back

Passages. This past week we lost a great lady. One of the owners of Black Horse; the restaurant so well known for its local cuisine and hospitality towards our visitors. She and her husband established an institution in our island and they accomplished this by serving great food at reasonable prices with great service. Consistent over the years and always reliable, they set a wonderful example for other entrepreneurs to be successful. If you are in business you can learn a lot from long-term businesses such as these. They found the real secret — do something extremely well and treat your customers with care and kindness. It is really just the application of the golden rule — treat everyone the way you want to be treated!
