Digicel will this morning start selling the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone in Bermuda.

The wireless carrier has announced that the new device is now available at both of its retail locations on the Island.

Last week, Warwick retailer The Hub announced that it was selling the device.

The new offering from the South Korean electronics giant features a 5.1in screen, a 16 megapixel camera and the latest Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) operating system.

Digicel said pricing would start at $0 down and $40 per month.
