In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of NT Butterfield & Son Ltd announced that during the month of July, 2014, the Bank purchased for Treasury 1,141,532 Common Shares at an average price of $1.996 per share. In addition, in July, the bank did not purchase any eight percent preference shares for cancellation.
