HAMILTON, Bermuda — 12 August, 2014 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Watlington Waterworks Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: WWW.BH) announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on 05 June, 2014, Mr. Barry Hanson informed the Board that he would not be standing for re-election.
Ms. Zoë Hanson was subsequently appointed replace Mr. Barry Hanson on the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
