Motives help you reach your goals

Motive. Before you can make progress and move ahead you need to have a motive.

Your motives are what make you act in a certain way or act on certain things.

It takes motive to move to gain motivation and then develop the series of steps and actions that will utilise your skills, experience, resources, and energy to make things happen! Let's think of it this way — how do you reach goals and make a difference? Always write down what you want to achieve — many folks post a picture of their goals so they see it every day and that keeps them focused on the tasks at hand. Success is measured in small steps so that when you reach your goals you can look back with confidence and pride with what you have achieved. Then develop the next set of goals!

“Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” - Lou Holtz
