KPMG Bermuda is running an anti-money laundering/antiterrorist financing training session next month. The 1½-hour session is interactive, and will make use of videos, voting technology and audience questions and answers.

It will take place on September 12 at KPMG’s offices in Crown House, on Par-la-Ville Road.and will discuss the concepts of money laundering and terrorist financing; the roles and responsibilities of regulated financial institutions; and the roles and responsibilities of employees tackling financial crimes.

It is a beginners training course designed for staff who have little-to-no AML/ATF experience but are keen to learn more. It is designed to assist RFIs meet the annual training requirement for all staff.
