Charleson appointed partner at Ocorian

Louise Charleson has been appointed a partner in the Bermuda legal services team at Ocorian, the global provider of corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets.Ms Charleson has extensive legal experience in Bermuda, the company said, having most recently been head of legal at Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. She previously held senior roles in private practice on-island.In her new role, the company said Ms Charleson will cover a number of practice areas for Bermuda registered or incorporated entities and partnerships, including corporate and commercial, regulatory, insurance and investment funds.Alison Dyer, managing director of Ocorian in Bermuda, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Louise to the Ocorian team.
