The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed where it opened on 1,826.22 as no shares were traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank gained $1.20, or 4.9 per cent to close on $25.68 on the New York Stock Exchange as 166,566 shares changed hands. The bank last traded at $25 on the BSX.The BSX Insurance Index rose 38.59 points, or 2.81 per cent, to close on 1,411.39.
