Apex Group Ltd has appointed Ross Webber as its managing director in Bermuda.Mr Webber, a Bermudian, is a former chief executive officer of the Bermuda Business Development Agency, and spent five years on the BDA board.Most recently, he was principal of management consultancy BDSbermuda, and a director of wealth management firm Peregrine & Black Limited.Apex is a global financial services provider that was established in 2003, in Bermuda, and has since grown to 45 offices worldwide, “offering a single-source solution to the market across $730 billion in assets under administration”.
