*** BISCUITS Biscoites 1 1 pounds butter 5 lbs flour 8 tsps baking powder 1 tblspn salt 2 cups sugar a dozen eggs milk if necessary BEAT eggs, butter and sugar together. Stir salt into flour and baking powder add slow into egg batter, using hands to knead dough, add milk if necessary.
Take small pieces of dough and roll into biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden-coloured.
