Registered Charities.

They are asking all registered charities to contact the centre by February 28 to be included in the directory.

The directory is a free publication used by prospective volunteers, individual and corporate donors, grantmakers, and other charitable organisations.

It is an excellent way of informing the general public about your charities' needs and activities.

All newly registered charities should contact the centre at 292-5320 to obtain information about being included in the next directory.

*** The Bermuda Zoological Society thanks everyone for their membership support.

Last year BAMZ opened a Window to Sea, with the completion of the North Rock exhibit. This spring BAMZ leads you to the land `Down Under' and amaze you with the new Australasia Exhibit.

This exotic new addition to the zoo is a free-range, immersion exhibit which will feature animals from the islands of Australasia, natural rockscapes, plants and waterfalls.

*** Hasty Pudding Theatricals of Harvard University is pleased to present their 1997 show, `Me and My Galaxy', at the City Hall Theatre.

The show dates will be Wednesday, March 26 through Monday, March 31, except Sunday, March 30.

All performances begin at 8 p.m. at the City Hall Theatre with ticket prices at $25.

Tickets are available at the Visitor Service Bureau Monday, March 17 through Saturday, March 22.

*** The Alliance Francaise des Bermudes will be holding a golf tournament to raise money to send a student to attend a summer course in France.

There will be a shot gun start at 8 a.m. at the Belmont Golf Club and participants are asked to pay $80 per person which includes lunch, golf cart and green fees.
