The Society of Non-Mariners will be holding its annual Non-Mariners race this Sunday at the Sandys Boat Club.

Several Non-activities are also planned, starting with the Non-Penguins fly past at 1.14 p.m. and 63 seconds, Non-Noodle Race at 1.30 p.m. and 64 seconds, Non-Memorial to our Mass-Cott at 1.47 p.m. and 69 seconds, Non-Calypso Pipe Band at 2.29 p.m. and 84 seconds, and the Non-Float race at 3 p.m. and 67 seconds.

The entry fee is $20 per float children are free. There will be entertainment from Non-MC Bruce Barritt, music by Razzle Dazzle Disco, and TS Venture Sea Cadets organising the -- presumably -- non-food stall.

An inter-high school reunion planned for 7 p.m. on August 10 at the Bull's Head Car Park will be a time to "come and enjoy an evening of memories with old friends'', organisers say.

All high school students who attended school within those ten years are asked to come out and enjoy special guests artists, poetry reading, school scrap book, 50's and 60's music, island scrap book and group photos.

There will be refreshments on sale. Tickets $10 available from True Reflections, Dean's Bakery, 27th Century Boutique, and Reid's Cafe.
