ALVIN Williams, you and the others making so much noise in the Ewart Brown “cheering section” do not express the views of the Progressive Labour Party’s rank-and-file members. Dr. Brown is the “right man” at the “right time” (Mid-Ocean News<$>, May 4)? Is that so?

The PLP is about putting Bermudians first; Dr. Brown is about putting himself first.

The PLP is about the people of Bermuda; Dr. Brown is about the rich people.

The PLP is about putting principles ahead of personal ambition; Dr. Brown is all about personal ambition, as his reckless destruction of two PLP Premiers has shown. “We had to mislead you,” he told the people after the last election when he tried to seize power and caused the downfall of Dame Jennifer Smith (picture>), the only PLP leader to win not one but TWO General Elections.

What makes you think he has stopped misleading us, Bro. Alvin?
