A: She has the film Interview, co-starring and directed by Steve Buscemi, due for release, along with a comedy/drama about two honeymooners en route to Niagara FallCamille. After that, she will appear in the all-star fantasy Stardu<$>with Robert De Niro, Claire Danes and Michelle Pfeiffer, which is due out in August; and that’s followed by The Mysteries of Pittsburgh. She’s currently shoog The Best Time of Our Lives<$>, with Keira Knightley, and is discussing two others: a romantic comedy with former flame and current James Bond Daniel Craig, and a remake of Barblla<$>, the sexy 1968 sci-fi film that starred Jane Fonda.

Q: Is it true that Nicole Kidman is going to remake the Marilyn Monroevie How to Marry a Millionaire? — .

A:<$> It seems to be. Kidman reportedly is set to produce and possibly take the Monroe role in the remake of that film, about three female gold diggers. No word yet on who the other two will be.

Q: What is actress Lisa Kudrow doing? I always likeer on Friends but haven’t seen her in anything in ages. —.W.

A:<$> She stars in an upcoming comedy called Kabluey; with Hilary Swank in the upcoming coy/drama P.S., I Love You<$>; and in the all-star, long-in-development remake of the classic The Women, along with Meg Ryan, Candice Bergen and others yet be named.

Q: Actors John Krasinski and Rashida Jones look so much like a couple on The Office. Are they just acting? — A.D.

A:<$> Neither has come out and said anything officially, but they apparently are very good friends. Jones’ neighbours in Los Angeles have reported seeing Krasinski at her house quite a bit, entering but not leaving until long afterwards, so it’s probably safe to assume that something is going on.

Q: I really like actress Jessica Alba. Is she working on any new movies? N.R.

A:<$> Yes. She co-stars in the upcoming comedy The Ten; with Julian McMahon and Kerryshington in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, due out next month; in the romantic comedy Good Luck Chuck, due out in August; and the thriller Awake, due out later this year. She’s currently filming the horror-drama The Eye, set for release in October, and goes next into thel-star sequel Sin City 2, <$>with Clive Owen, Rosario Dawson and possibly Johnny Depp, Rachel Weisz and Antonio Banderas, who are in discussions to join the film.

Q: Whatever happened to actress Carrie-Anne Moss? — K.F.

A: She’s been working steadily. She’s ihe current hit Disturbia; she stars in the upcoming crime-drama series Suspect, directed by Guy Ritchiend in the drama Normal<$>; and she is currently filming Fireflies in the Garden, with Julia Roberand Willem Dafoe.

Q: Is Roseanne going to take Rosie O’Donnell’sace on The View? — D.K.

A:<$> Nothing has been decided yet about replacing Rosie. Roseanne has expressed interest in taking the spot, and she’s so controversial that it would definitely spark ratings on the ageing show. But some attached to the show wonder if Barbara Walters wants to deal with another personality who is controversial . . . so at this writing, no deals have been made to bring hen board.

Q: On American Idol, it looks like Simon Cowell is always talking to Paula Abdul during the performances. Does he listen to them sing before he insults them? — E.S.

A: He does actually talk to Paula a lot during performances, but he insists that he generally listens to the dress rehearsals, so he has a sense of their performances ore the show tapes.

Q: I read that actor Tr Morgan of 30 Rock was arrested for drunk driving. What happened? — K.W

A: Morgan, who got the DUI in November, isn’t going to jail at this point, so his status on the show remains the same. Instead, he’s agreed to wear an ankle bracelet that monitors blood alcohol levels for 90 days; if he fails, he starts the 90-day testing period over, and if he fails twice, he spends 30 days in a county jail. He also has to do five days of community service.

Q: What actor Sean Hayes from Will & Grace doing? — N.B.

A: He co-stain the upcoming comedy The Bucket List, directed by Rob Reiner and co-starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, provides a voice for the upcng animated film Igor<$> and is executive-producing and starring in the US version of a British sketch-comedy TV show called Man Stroke Woman for the cable network FX.
